Anonymous: Somedays, I just feel really crappy about the way I look. I have been overweight for a couple of years and I just haven't felt good enough about myself to do anything. Your blog is amazing and I wanted to ask your advise on how to feel better about exercising and being happier with myself.
first off thank you very much! and second i was in your position last year too, so i know how you feel. I was soo unhappy with the way i looked and just unhappy in general. I was going on these awful diets that just didnt work and one day i was like fuck it this has to change and I changed it into a lifestyle. I found physical activities that I actually enjoy doing, like yoga, running and me and my dad go hiking. and I got really interested in organic foods and cooking healthier meals. all of this resulted in me learning to accept my body and be happy with who I am, you have to find things that make you happy and just do them all the time. and realize that the body you have is yours, and it always will be so you may as well treat it right and love it! this does take LOTS of time though and i’m still in the process, I really hope this helped you!
